Week 3
“I walk in and immediately notice an obvious transformation has taken place in everyone.
My waistline has shrunk a few centimetres - mainly due to the organic and unrefined food I have been choosing which doesn’t make me bloat. I also feel a change in the way that my body is working. I am becoming stronger during my workouts and even feel able to walk for longer in my heels!
This week we’ve had the chance to work with Kerry, a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) coach who helped us fight our demons and continue working on ourselves even without the programme. I suddenly realised that the programme really will end next week. I need to start thinking about whether or not I believe that I am making a complete turn around in the way that I live. My biggest fear is not finding trainers or a support group that are as positive and as supportive as Charlene and Charlotte have been. They seem to recognise any negative feelings we are having automatically and approach them before they consume us. For instance, when are obviously getting bored of the routine, they mix things up to engage us more… by doing a workout in the park if it’s a nice day (haha) rather than in the studio.
So much to think about and only one more week to go, but I’m hanging in there… just about.”
